Returns Policy

Jayne’s Bespoke Lingerie offers a generous 28 day returns policy where any orders can be returned to us, for whatever reason, for a full refund or size exchange as long as the item is returned in its original, unworn condition.
Items cannot be marked or damaged so please try on carefully and make sure you are happy with the fit before wearing. Please return items with any original tags intact.
